Act of Spiritual Communion and St. Maximillian Kolbe

Some good advice from Dr. Taylor Marshall on practicing our Catholic faith in this time of the COVID-19 pandemic.

One of the most efficacious means, is to make a Spiritual Communion when we are unable to receive the Holy Eucharist. St. Maximillian Kolbe made a Spiritual Communion every 15 minutes. I visited his Museum and chapel when I made a Pilgrimage to Poland in 2014.

Kolbe is also the patron saint of amateur-radio operators, of drug addicts, of political prisoners, of families, of journalists, of prisoners, and of the pro-life movement.

Even better.
